Dear Principals
The purpose of this e-mail is to inform you about one of your agents, Mr. Kevin Hyde. For the past 20 years I have been saving in order to buy a second home in florida. This past weekend I traveled from Boston to meet an agent from-----Realty to show me some properties. The agent never showed or even called despite my calling her numerous times the day of the appointment.Upset and disapointed, I drove around Cape Haze not knowing what to do next. My wife Nancy observed Mr.Hyde setting up several Open House signs so we decided to follow him to the property in Cape Haze. His professional demeanor, knowlege of the property and area, willingness to helpus locate a variety of appropriate properties was a godsend. I cannot put into words how much his thoughtfulness and consideration meantto Nancy and I. Perhaps our dream may be delayed but we are still optimistic thanks to Mr. Hyde. He is phenomenal, both in terms of service provided and personal values. You should be extremly proud of him for representing your company so magnificently. although I am just a normal, regular guy, he treated me as if I was the most important client he had. Beleive me when I say that I will spread the word about Gasparilla Properties and Kevin Hyde to my friends, family, and aquaintances. I apologize for the length of this message but I did feel that you ought to know how spectacular Kevin Hyde truly is.

Dear Bob Melvin, Broker
We would like to bring to your attention the outstanding service Kevin Hyde provided for us in securing our house on Little Gasparilla Island. We couldent be happier with the entire experience!
We met Kevin a year ago while inquiring about real estate in the area. We had two other interests with other offices that did'nt pan out, and it was then that we stopped by your office.
Even though Kevin had a pending appointment, he took some basic information and told us that he would email us that night everything that was available, and he did. That was the beginning of a 7 month relationship where Kevin kept in touch.
From Holiday greetings to updates on the area after the hurricanes, Kevin maintained a timely and professional correspondence trying to meet our needs.
One month ago we placed an offer on an older home on Little Gasparilla Island. Hevin held our hands every step of the way. The best part for us was emailing Kevin almost every day to ask some dumb question or other. That might have been the worst part for Kevin, but he never made us feel like we were a bother. He always answered our emails immediatly and in a very professional manner. In addition to being an excellent communicator, Kevin accompanied the termite and home inspector to oversee the procedure. What a releif for both of us to have every confidence in Kevin. With every inspection, Kevin emailed us the results that evening. When the insurance company was not responding to emails and messages, Kevin was able to expedite the closure on all paperwork with few calls. This past Saturday he personally took us to the island on his boat to conduct a final walk through and check mthe inventory to be sure "we are getting the house we paid for". And if that werent enough, he presented us with a little Gasparilla Island monogrammed royal blue beach tote bag. with a set of white bath towels monogrammed with our initials along with Little Gasparilla Island beautifully stitched in royal blue. ( Plus , a gallon of roofing tar; our place needs a new roof.) What a tremendous surprise it was for us and a touching gesture.
Jack and I both feel like Kevin became a part of our family. It was our pleasure to work with a young man of such fine integrity. We will recommend him and your office without reservation to all our friends and family.
